Welcome to Jeex PM. We build tools that help product managers automate administrative tasks and focus on strategy. Because our platform connects deeply with your workspace tools, we take your privacy and data security incredibly seriously.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the Jeex PM application and website.

1. Information We Collect To make Jeex PM work as an active execution engine, we need access to specific types of data. We collect:

  • Account Information: When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials.

  • Integrated Workspace Data: With your explicit permission via OAuth, we ingest unstructured data from third party services you connect, such as Jira, Slack, Zendesk, and Notion.

  • User Generated Content: This includes raw text inputs, uploaded audio files, and the inline edits you make within our Action Inbox and PRD Studio.

  • Behavioral and Usage Data: We track how you interact with the platform, specifically your binary decisions to approve, edit, or reject AI generated tickets.

2. How We Use Your Data We use your data exclusively to provide and improve the Jeex PM service. Specifically, we use it to:

  • Ingest and synthesize context from your connected apps to draft concrete tasks and Product Requirement Documents.

  • Route approved tasks back to your connected Jira projects.

  • Train our internal models to learn your specific writing tone and preferences.

  • Provide customer support and respond to your inquiries.

3. AI Processing and Machine Learning Jeex PM relies on artificial intelligence to function.

  • Tone Learning: Our AI analyzes your inline edits to match your writing style. This tone profile is strictly isolated to your individual account or workspace. It is never used to train generalized models for other Jeex PM customers.

  • Third Party LLMs: We use trusted third party language models to process your unstructured data. These providers are bound by strict confidentiality agreements and are prohibited from using your private workspace data to train their public models.

4. Data Security and Retention We implement industry standard security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access.

  • Ephemeral Audio: Any audio files you upload for PRD generation are processed ephemerally. They are transcribed and immediately deleted from our servers.

  • Data Retention: We retain your account data and connected workspace data only for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we wipe your data from our active servers within 30 days.

5. How We Share Your Information We do not sell your personal or company data. We only share information in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service Providers: We share necessary data with cloud hosting providers and AI infrastructure partners required to run Jeex PM.

  • Legal Compliance: We may disclose data if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.

6. Your Rights and Choices You maintain full control over your data. You can at any time:

  • Revoke Jeex PM's access to Jira, Slack, Zendesk, or Notion directly from those platforms.

  • Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.

  • Request the deletion of your account and associated data.

7. Changes to This Policy We may update this policy as we launch new features. We will notify you of any significant changes via email or a prominent notice within the Jeex PM app.
