Terms of Use for Jeex PM

Welcome to Jeex PM. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Jeex PM application, website, and related services. By registering for an account or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Description of Service Jeex PM is an agentic operating system designed to automate product management tasks. The service connects to your third party workspace tools, ingests data, and utilizes artificial intelligence to draft tasks, generate Product Requirement Documents, and route actions back to your connected systems.

2. Account Registration and Security You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are strictly liable for all activities that occur under your account, including the actions taken by the AI engine based on your binary approvals in the Action Inbox.

3. Third Party Integrations Jeex PM requires OAuth access to third party services like Jira, Slack, Zendesk, and Notion.

  • We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or security of these external platforms.

  • You grant us permission to read, process, and write data back to these connected services strictly to execute the functions of Jeex PM.

  • If a third party platform changes its API or revokes access, Jeex PM functionality may be limited or suspended. We are not liable for service interruptions caused by external API changes.

4. Artificial Intelligence and Output Liability Jeex PM uses AI to synthesize unstructured data and draft tasks.

  • You acknowledge that AI generated content can be inaccurate, incomplete, or entirely hallucinated.

  • The Action Inbox exists so you can review and approve tasks. You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of any ticket, PRD, or action before approving it.

  • Jeex PM accepts no liability for business losses, miscommunications, or project delays caused by errors in AI generated output.

5. Intellectual Property and User Data

  • Our Rights: We own all rights, title, and interest in the Jeex PM software, the Agentic PRD Studio engine, and our proprietary algorithms.

  • Your Rights: You retain complete ownership of all data you input into the service, including your Slack messages, Zendesk tickets, uploaded audio, and generated PRDs. You grant us a limited license to process this data solely to provide and improve your specific service experience.

6. Acceptable Use and Restrictions You agree not to use Jeex PM to:

  • Process highly sensitive personal data, financial information, or protected health information unless explicitly agreed upon in a separate Enterprise agreement.

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Jeex PM engine.

  • Use the platform to train competing artificial intelligence models or product management software.

7. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jeex PM and its founders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. This includes loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising out of your use or inability to use the service. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms of Use. You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service immediately ceases, and we will delete your integrated data according to our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Haryana, India, specifically under the jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram. Any dispute arising from these terms will be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Gurugram.

10. Modifications to Terms We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through a platform notification. Continued use of Jeex PM after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
